All rooms rates listed are based on double occupancy.  All rooms have a maximum occupancy of 4 individuals per room.  Extra charges include: 

• Children under 6 are free.

• Children 6 - 16 are an additional $10 per night

• Adults are an additional $20 per night

• Other charges are 9% VT State Tax and 4% Local Community Sponsorship Fund

PLEASE NOTE: Walk-in Rates are $20 higher per night than advance reservations and packages are not available without advance reservations.

Cancellation Policy:  Reservations canceled between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of the total amount.  Cancellations made less than 7 days will forfeit the full amount.  All early departures will be charged for the full length of the reservation.

A valid credit or debit card in the guest's name must be present at time of check-in.  Sorry, we do not accept pets but would be happy to recommend a local sitter.
